The neighbor of first
NYC patient was very calm about being so close to the disease. She says that
she knows she is safe because she had no fluid exchange with her neighbor.
Unlike most of New York she has managed to stay calm in the face of potential
danger.
If I were her I would be
panicking right now. Even if I knew I was safe and had no contact I would still
be freaking out that it was so close to home. She serves as a great example for
the rest of the public because even though she was so at risk she knows that
making a big deal of it will not help.
